Reward Choice Terms and Conditions

Recipients may divide their Reward balance among multiple participating brands, subject to available denominations and program restrictions. Rewards are issued as promotional incentives and should be used solely on the Reward Choice platform for eligible purchases. Reward links expire on the date indicated with the Reward. Rewards are intended solely for the original recipient and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of a Reward. Availability of specific gift cards, participating brands, denominations, and redemption options is determined solely by the owner of the Reward Choice platform and may change at any time without notice. There is no guarantee that any particular participating brand or gift card option will be available at the time of redemption. All Reward selections are final. Balances from separate promotions may not be combined. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

Limits and Restrictions

A limited quantity of Rewards are available under this Offer. Rewards are available only while supplies last and will be awarded in the order in which complete and valid submissions are received, subject to verification. The Offer will end before the submission deadline stated above if all available Rewards have been awarded. Completion of the online submission form does not guarantee receipt of a Reward. Once the maximum number of available Rewards has been awarded, no additional Rewards will be issued, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made or submissions received. Limit two (2) Offer redemptions per person, household, or address during the Promotion Period. Each Offer redemption requires a separate qualifying purchase, and no qualifying purchase may be used for more than one (1) Offer redemption.

Use of fictitious names, addresses, VINs, receipts, or other information to fraudulently obtain additional redemptions is prohibited and may constitute a violation of federal law. Trading, selling, purchasing, or transferring proof-of-purchase documents is strictly prohibited.

Requests submitted by clubs, organizations, commercial fleets, groups, dealerships, service facilities, or third parties on behalf of consumers will not be honored. Bulk submissions are not permitted.

Incomplete, altered, illegible, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (defined below). Sponsor reserves the right to verify all submissions and qualifying purchases.

Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, spam filtering, junk mail settings, incorrect email addresses, internet service provider issues, or other technical issues that may prevent receipt of a Reward. Participants are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address.

This Offer may not be combined with any other Volkswagen Genuine Oil or Castrol Motor Oil promotion or rebate unless specifically authorized by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, extend, terminate, or cancel this Offer, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. These program rules may be changed at any time without notice. Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Offer shall be final and binding.
